The AD9 hood is famous among the Rx-7 crowd. Its design fits very well with the curves of the FD.
This vented hood replaces the OEM hood. Made with high quality carbon fiber, the CFRP hood weighs around 10 KG (17.5 Pounds). The structure is made with fiberglass for maximum strength.
Rain rails are included with every hood.
If you are serious about saving weight, the dry carbon fiber (full carbon fiber) hood is for you: it weighs only 5 kg!
The hood is also available in fiberglass material.
Specs: 3K weaving. CF + UV resistant varnish, gloss clear coat paint (made using vacuum bag process)
